Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance (FICO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Design and configure FI/CO processes, ensuring alignment with global financial standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori and embedded analytics for financial reporting and dashboards.
- Mentor junior consultants and end-users, delivering training sessions and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues, optimizing performance and data integrity.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4 HANA advancements and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields; MBA or SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations, with at least 2+ years in S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record of leading greenfield implementations or major system upgrades in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, PCA).
- Strong understanding of integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (if required).
