Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure SAP solutions are aligned with business requirements and best practices, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Conduct regular project status reviews, prepare progress reports, and present updates to executive leadership.
- Oversee change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new SAP systems and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and industry standards to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or SAP certification (e.g., PMP, SAP PM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD).
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, and business processes in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or work in a hybrid/remote setup as required.
