Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Payroll (PY) modules in alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge discrepancies between business needs and SAP Payroll capabilities.
- Develop and maintain payroll-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP Payroll functionalities and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Payroll updates, features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (PY) configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, and Time Management.
- Experience with payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance in a multi-country environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex payroll data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP Payroll certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian payroll regulations and practices is highly desirable.
