Responsibility
- Assist in cleaning and organizing Excel data for migration into the new SAP system.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure SAP modules function as intended.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SAP-related processes.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support the rollout of SAP software by assisting in user training and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business processes to recommend improvements for SAP integration.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and test results.
- Assist in data entry and verification to ensure accuracy in the new system.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, FI, or SD) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali for the duration of the internship (3 months).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
