Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants, ensuring high-performance and project success.
- Oversee the implementation, rollout, and support of SAP projects for clients in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute SAP project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct SAP training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, modules, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within SAP implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HR.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Experience working with clients in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
