Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to IT service requests and incidents using ticketing systems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential IT problems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
