Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth SAP operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of SAP FICO solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and solutions to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
