Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with DFI Retail Group's technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing ROI.
- Implement procurement best practices and policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to procurement team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
- Experience working in a retail or multinational environment is highly desirable.
