Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring high availability and performance of systems, networks, and applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize costs and resource allocation.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including risk assessments, incident response, and data protection strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals and drive innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies and a deep understanding of IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions and their implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
