Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide QA insights and updates.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, reports, and logs.
- Assist in the development of automated testing frameworks to complement manual testing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
