Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive the integration of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to identify system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP FICO performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user training materials.
- Monitor financial data integrity, perform system audits, and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend strategic upgrades and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., SAP FICO, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in SAP FICO module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards in a multinational environment.
- Experience leading SAP implementation projects, upgrades, or migrations, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience working in Southeast Asia or Indonesia is advantageous.
