Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO modules.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet organizational needs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate SAP FICO with other business systems.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling.
- Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
