Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation, rollout, and support projects for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Design and configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA) modules.
- Develop and optimize financial reporting structures (e.g., balance sheets, P&L statements) using SAP tools like SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose SAP-based solutions for process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and end-users, providing training on SAP FI/CO functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex financial data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on SAP updates and industry trends to recommend upgrades or new features (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory standards in all financial processes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations, including blueprinting, customization, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial processes (e.g., month-end closing, budgeting).
- Experience with LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for data migration and SAP Solution Manager.
- Proficiency in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).
- Certification in SAP FI/CO (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (if required).
