Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in business data.
- Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs and metrics that align with company objectives.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a business or operational setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
- Strong skills in Excel, Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
