Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for IT solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are functional and user-friendly.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements.
- Assist in training end-users on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT business analysis, system analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
