Responsibility
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data records within the SAP ERP system.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Translate technical documentation and system instructions from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice-versa) to support team operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare regular analytical reports using Excel to support management decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new SAP modules by validating data migration processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets with minimal errors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new software.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity within a fast-paced environment.
