Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Independently lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and post-launch support.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) tailored to client needs.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and develop a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing Salesforce workflows and propose improvements to enhance performance and user adoption.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing automation tools).
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively mitigate project risks and resolve technical or functional issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive project documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce implementation, with 2+ years in a team lead or project management role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, and SOQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud configurations and best practices.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira or Salesforce DX.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Readiness: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection and self-discipline.
