Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for public sector clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs to extend platform functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, governance, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure peak efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and legacy applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with a focus on public sector projects.
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of public sector compliance, security, and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations from inception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
