Responsibility

  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, governance, and data management.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Service Cloud features, including case management, omnichannel routing, and knowledge bases.
  • Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Mentor and train team members on Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Architect certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying complex Salesforce solutions in a customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
