Responsibility

  • Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows to automate processes and enhance functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee data management, including migration, cleansing, and integration with external systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize Salesforce performance and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, including creating documentation and conducting workshops to drive adoption.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the CRM team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with a proven track record of implementing complex solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft) and third-party applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing multiple priorities.
