Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for clients in Malaysia, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization through Kingdee ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Kingdee ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to align with client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve technical and functional issues post-implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process maps, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, Kingdee product updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Kingdee or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or human resources.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Kingdee ERP or other relevant ERP platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites in Malaysia or other regions as needed.
