Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business and client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations.
- Oversee the customization and optimization of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and administration.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect) are highly desirable.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
