Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations.
  • Oversee the customization and optimization of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
