Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Perform regular system audits, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Manage data migration, integration, and security protocols within the Salesforce environment.
- Provide ongoing support for existing modules and implement new enhancements based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all system modifications and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and configuration tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment with a focus on delivering timely results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or Administrator) are highly preferred.
