Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enable real-time data integration from multiple sources.
- Develop and implement customer profile unification strategies to create a single, comprehensive view of the customer.
- Create and manage advanced segmentation models to support personalized marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across platforms.
- Monitor and optimize data processes to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist or in a similar data management role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including data modeling, integration, and segmentation.
- Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and real-time data synchronization.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools, and Salesforce administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
