Responsibility
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Design and implement automated workflows, validation rules, and process builders to streamline business operations.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, performing regular audits and cleansing to ensure accuracy.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative development (Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Components).
- Experience with data migration, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and API connections.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with international teams.
- Ability to work night shifts (Philippine time) and adapt to a remote setup.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
