Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client retention.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our services and expand our market reach.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or logistics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
