Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Provide product training and support to retailers and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
