Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance productivity and customer service excellence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service best practices.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Foster a positive and high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (call centre or customer service experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement actionable strategies for improvement.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
