Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand BukuWarungâs EDC solutions in the Bali region.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
- Strong understanding of EDC solutions and the Indonesian market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
