Responsibility
- Assist the Business Development Executives (BDE) in generating and qualifying leads through various channels.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sales support services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
