Responsibility
- Host live events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and entertainment shows with energy and professionalism.
- Engage and interact with guests to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
- Deliver clear and compelling announcements, introductions, and transitions during events.
- Collaborate with event organizers, performers, and staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Adapt to different audiences and event themes, tailoring your approach to suit the occasion.
- Manage crowd energy and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all attendees.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance, with a keen sense of style.
- Outgoing, confident, and naturally engaging personality with a passion for public speaking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in hosting, MC roles, customer service, or entertainment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
