Responsibility
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, delivering timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the sales team in tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and client visits as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
