Responsibility
- Perform timely and accurate pickup and delivery of packages across assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained motorcycle to ensure reliability and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
- Use mobile applications or GPS devices to optimize delivery routes and track deliveries.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the dispatch team promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C).
- Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle packages of varying sizes.
- Basic smartphone skills to use delivery tracking apps.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
