Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and coordination of daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet demand.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
- Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
