Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform market research and analysis to support sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
