Responsibility
- Assist sales representatives in daily sales activities, including product deliveries and customer visits.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport products to assigned locations in Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Commonwealth Foods, Inc. products to customers.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, mileage, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Indonesian or international equivalent).
- Proven experience in driving, preferably in sales support or delivery roles.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry products (up to 20-25 kg).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or sales is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
