Responsibility
- Manage and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and review sales reports, invoices, and other documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients and internal use.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive documents and information.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, document control, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
