Responsibility
- Process and manage client applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with bank policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations) and internal banking protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, risk, customer service) to resolve discrepancies and expedite request fulfillment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support business operations and decision-making.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by verifying documentation and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or banking services (internships included).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with banking software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards in the financial sector.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Canggu, Bali, and adapt to a hybrid work setup if required.
