Responsibility
- Coordinate with the sales team to process purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage sales documentation, including invoices, quotations, and client contracts with high accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/production teams to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance summaries for management review.
- Assist in organizing trade events, client meetings, and marketing support activities.
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and sales leads in the company CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
