Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand representation.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review, identifying trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building client loyalty.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in CRM tools or sales software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
