Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience for every client.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the management team to ensure product availability.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Michael Kors guidelines to enhance the in-store aesthetic.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of retail staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within luxury retail or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Passion for the Michael Kors brand and the luxury fashion industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
