Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for decorative paint products.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Organize and participate in sales training programs to upskill team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of decorative paint products or the home improvement industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
