Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, fostering long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and in-store promotions to optimize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters to align local operations with company-wide goals and policies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to business.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
