Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in Bali.
  • Monitor branch performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
