Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in Bali.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the area.
