Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in Bali.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
- Organize and participate in local marketing events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or consumer products environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there).
