Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in Bali.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
  • Organize and participate in local marketing events, promotions, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or consumer products environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there).
