Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and optimal product placement.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales forecasting tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
