Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
