Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and consumer behavior is a plus.
