Join Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. as a Sales Supervisor in the vibrant and dynamic markets of Bali, Indonesia! This is a 3-month fixed-term contract opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead, inspire, and expand our dealer network while driving sales growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting regions.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing dealers, ensuring their success through strategic support and relationship management. Your ability to build trust, foster loyalty, and identify new business opportunities will be key to achieving our sales targets and strengthening our market presence in Bali’s competitive direct-selling landscape.

Responsibility
- Recruit, onboard, and train new dealers to expand the sales network in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Monitor dealer performance, provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to drive sales growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Organize and lead regular meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations to engage dealers and boost motivation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to Bali’s consumer preferences.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales volumes, dealer activity, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales targets, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in direct selling, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in team leadership, dealer management, or sales supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with dealers and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and resolve conflicts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
