Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance, and company updates.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or retail supervisory role.
