Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends in Bali.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
